Qingdao Poly Hezhuo Ideal Demonstration Area

As the ideal living place in Qingdao, the convenience of the subway provides homeowners with diverse ways to return home. People can exit the subway, pass through the underground garage, enter the underground lobby without rain, and directly reach the underground floor or ground floor of the community; or they can go up the escalator to the ground level of the park, walk for a while in the park, buy breakfast for the next day, and then take the elevator from the community lobby to return home.

Wooden structure design: The most aesthetically pleasing 15° pitched roof design, with a maximum height of 6-7 meters at the top, combined with full-area floor-to-ceiling glass, further highlights the lightness and modernity of the structure. The wooden structure gives a warm feeling, and the pure glass curtain wall, combined with the warm-colored wooden structure of the cypress wood, along with local wooden window displays, makes the entire building from space to form both embody the charm of traditional architecture and possess the spirit of modern architecture.

The roof framework is composed of triangular shapes as the basic motif, reconstructing the traditional pitched roof. By using modern techniques to reconstruct the traditional pitched roof and the maintenance walls, the cultural heritage of traditional Chinese architecture is injected into the place. The triangular structure roof not only has a more visually rich visual hierarchy, but also conforms to the most stable force structure of a triangle, combined with the supporting of claw-shaped column heads, optimizing the overall force of the wooden structure building.

Interior space: The sales office is a long-term operating community with a warm atmosphere, continuously providing customers with diverse life values, not only a sales venue, but also a proposal field for community life. As an indoor living district, it integrates concepts such as relaxation, camping, gatherings, socializing, and leisure, creating a mountain and sea village atmosphere. Sales from the entrance, divided into Pingshui street, blue sky market, jungle camp, corner street cafe four acts.

The project architect has devoted great effort， frequently traveling to the factory to select materials and conduct sample testing of the wooden structure. Carefully inspecting the construction progress， closely communicating with multiple parties， ensuring the perfect presentation of the building and achieving the expected implementation effect.

We are honored to have participated in this unique project， achieving the integration of subway above-ground coverage， three-dimensional parks， and wooden structure architectural art. During the process， we focused on the combination of tradition and modernity， striving to give the subway above-ground commercial area new vitality， while promoting the inheritance of historical culture. We hope that this not only injects new vitality into the cultural continuation of Qingdao， but also promotes the development of park-style business models， providing a sustainable development possibility for future urban construction.
