Shanghai Hongjun originated from UTS (UNIVERSAL TIMBER STRUCTURES) in the United States and has long provided professional wood structure design services for the North American region.


The company enjoys a high level of industry influence and is a regular member of the China Timber Protection Industry Association and a rotating chairholder of the Modern Wood and Bamboo Structure Building Branch. To ensure product quality and production efficiency, the enterprise has established a comprehensive OEM processing quality control system. It has set up standardized plywood intelligent manufacturing bases in Nantong and Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province, with a total factory area exceeding 20,000 square meters. The annual production capacity of engineered wood products reaches 20,000 cubic meters, achieving standardized, industrialized and digitalized production of wood structure components.

The company focuses on the field of wood structure design, deeply penetrates the North American market, and provides professional wood structure design services for overseas clients. It steadily embarks on the enterprise's specialized and refined development journey of wood structures.
Relying on the abundant architectural and civil engineering resources of Sichuan and Chongqing regions, as well as the high-quality professional talent reserves and the complete industry support advantages, the company's core design center has gradually been established in Chongqing, continuously strengthening the core competitiveness of the enterprise in technological research and development and creative design.
Upgrading and transforming the production base
2017
In order to deeply penetrate the domestic market and improve its business layout, the company established Shanghai Zhenyuan Wood Structure Design Engineering Co., Ltd., successfully obtaining the second-level qualification for construction general contracting, and built a dedicated wood structure processing plant in Ye Xie, Shanghai. Since then, the company has broken away from the single design service model and established an integrated full-chain service system covering design, construction and installation, officially opening up the domestic wood structure engineering market.
The entire original processing plant was relocated to Zhangjiagang, and Jiangsu Desong Wood Industry Co., Ltd. was established simultaneously. Through the upgrading of production mode on a large scale, the processing capacity, production technology and quality control system of the wood structure products of the enterprise have all been optimized and improved, and the industrialization development pattern has been continuously consolidated.

Diversified and large-scale development
2019
Through a multi-point layout, the company continuously improves the national industrial and service system. It has successively established Suzhou Zhenyuan Wood Structure Technology Co., Ltd. to expand the OEM wood structure processing business and enrich the industrial structure; set up Jiangsu Muxiu Integrated Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (Nantong Base) to build the core wood structure processing base of the enterprise; and established Shanghai Zhenyuan Longyou Branch, further expanding the national service coverage and enhancing the service efficiency of regional projects.
At this point, the enterprise has completed a nationwide three-dimensional and integrated strategic layout, forming a mature development framework centered around Shanghai as the brand's external gateway, the Yangtze River Delta (Huzhou, Nantong, Jingjiang) as the core industrial processing cluster, and Chongqing as the R&D and logistics service base. This framework can provide high-quality on-site support services for various wood structure projects across the country.
